Here is a quick update on upcoming races.
The Ledge is hosting Wednesday night trail runs starting the 10th at Moore Park. Race lengths will vary and there is $5 fee. This Wednesday's race will start at 5:30 and the following races will be at 6:30. Contact the Ledge for more information.
This coming Saturday is Run for the Music. Information in todays Herald and News, page B3.
Lopers monthly meeting will be this Thursday the 11th, 7:00 at the Jungle Gym, 6th and Walnut.
