Well, I hope that someone sees this "Comment". My wife and I expect to relocate from North Carolina to Klamath Falls in the next year or two. I like to race once or twice a month. Is that going to be practical in the K Falls area? In other words, how far am I going to have to drive to get it done? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Hey Ken, Here in Klamath, we have a race about once a month. Over the hill in the Medford/Ashland area (about an hour and a half drive) are more options. Here is the Southern Oregon Runners's website:

Bend is about two hours north; they have many races as well. Here is the Central Oregon Running Klub's website:

Well, "Coach", I tried to post a response a moment ago but apparently hit the wrong button, so I'll try again.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear that you have reces in K Falls about once a month. I would not have thought that the area population would support that. I also appreciate the links to other clubs.
Oddly enough, between the time of my inquiry and your response, we've placed a contingent offer on a lot in the Running Y. Pending acceptance and our inspection, the running/racing community there may increase by one sooner than I expected.
